三川宏磁力泵MEB系列作為ME耐酸堿磁力泵型號(hào)的一員,擁有ME磁力泵的所有屬性,無(wú)軸封設(shè)計(jì)幾乎沒(méi)有摩擦不易泄漏,可空轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)行(耐酸堿磁力泵理論上是都可以空轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)行,但在實(shí)際的使用過(guò)程中,還是不建議空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。因空轉(zhuǎn)會(huì)造成泵內(nèi)溫度升高,內(nèi)部的陶瓷軸容易因突然吸入溶液由于熱脹冷縮應(yīng)力等原因造成斷裂。若發(fā)現(xiàn)磁力泵存在空轉(zhuǎn)的情況,應(yīng)停機(jī)10~20分鐘,等待其冷卻后投入工作。所以說(shuō),咱們?nèi)ê陱S家是不建議磁力泵空轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)行的。)
